It is a 2D platformer set in a futuristic cyberpunk-like world wherein players take control of a katana-wielding woman who runs a small noodle stall business. Just like Celeste or Jump King, Velocity Noodle is all about precision platforming that offers a great sense of speed and fluidity in its core gameplay. It also features charming pixel graphics for that retro vibe and slick animations to round out its visuals.

You'll be jumping and sliding across more than 60 levels, as well as teleporting short distances with your trusty katana. There are also various traps to avoid throughout your runs and the presence of lo mien-hating police that will attempt to get in your way and slow you down. As for the steep difficulty curve, it's pretty much par for the course for these types of games.
